Meditation Offerings

Meditation is available to us anytime and anywhere and I’ve just made it more accessible to you. In the spirit of my work and my desire to support my clients in becoming the greatest expression of themselves, I have created several guided meditations that you are free to download in the comfort of your own environment. These meditations are designed to be short and also allow you to drop into your body quickly in order to gain the largest benefit. The meditations below can be done at anytime during the day or night to induce calm and embodiment.

Nadi Shodhana

Alternate Nostril Breathing: Nadi Shodhana, or “alternate nostril breathing,” is a simple yet powerful technique that settles the mind, body, and emotions. You can use it to quiet your mind before beginning a meditation practice, and it is particularly helpful to ease racing thoughts if you are experiencing anxiety, stress, or having trouble falling asleep.

Relaxation Meditation

Relax with this guided meditation. As you move your awareness through your body you are guided step by step to be aware of your breath, to focus on muscle groups and to deepen into relaxation. This meditation is suitable for anyone who may be feeling anxious, tense, or experiencing stress. It is ideal to do before going to bed or anytime when you are feeling out of balance.
